The EquipHotel Trade Show is the most expected event of the year for the restaurant, hotel and catering world. This is a biannual event that shapes the future trends of these type of services. It will take place in Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from the 11th until the 15th of november.
EquipHotel is the event, where you will find the necessary inspiration to develop all your projects related to the hospitality and catering world. At this event, there will be the Studio18, which has three specific spaces for fine dining experiences, created by the designers Nicolas Adnet & Marc Hertrich (Studio MHNA). There will be a Resto des chefs, where you will find a starred Michelin chef selected by Les Collectionneurs, a wine waiter and a restaurant manager providing you with an exclusive gourmet experience; a bar and open kitchen, where visitors will leave a unique experience and, finally, a vip lounge, which is an exclusive space where you can talk with opinion leaders such as important interior designers, chefs and architects, for example. The visitor will be living a unique restaurant experience.

Besides this specifique stand, you will have other areas to explore in Studio18 and outside of it, regarding the different interior design styles, such as the Signature Space (you can see its design below) , created by Alnoor and Eric Lentulo, where will take place meetings and discussions about bespoke environments for hotels and restaurants. You will also have access to Interior Design Centre, where you will get together interior designers, architects, hotel and restaurant owners, in order to exchange valuable experiences.
Furthermore, you have also the opportunity to attend to workshops such as the one promoted by Thierry Marx, the ambassador of EquipHotel this year. He thinks that hotels and restaurants in 2050 will be “strongly influenced by their social and environmental impact”. With that in mind, he will work during this event with young people about innovation in this particular area, presenting his project of “Table du futur”.
