More than a trade show, Maison et Objet is the reference event destination for the interior design industry in Paris, twice a year in January and September. Running for more than 20 years straight, it has without question become an international authority for home decor, interior design, architecture and lifestyle culture and trends through its shows, events and digital platform. The January edition, which recently came to an end, gathered some of the most prestigious designers in the world and more than 3000 brands. Some luxury brands from all around the globe have showcased old favourites and new additions to their luxury dining room pieces. We’ve selected some of the best modern dining tables exhibited at Maison et Objet 2019.
Boca do Lobo
This luxury brand was one of the most talked about at Maison et Objet. Its outstanding concept of “This is Not A Gallery” certainly left its visitors completely mind blown. One of the luxury dining tables they presented was a twist on the exclusive Fortuna. In another dining room, visitors could see for the first time the exclusive Pietra dining table.
Another brand glorifying the art of craftsmanship, Private Label has presented two luxury dining tables at Maison et Objet this year.

The contemporary, design-forward lifestyle brand presented the Ennea table by Vincent Tordjman with a solid wood top and a black stained base.
The french brand presented their Sunday dining table, an exclusive design with Pele de Tigre marble legs and walnut top. La Chance studio designs simple and practical products. Like with most of their statement pieces, the luxury brand played with the accumulation of noble materials and geometric shapes to create a playful and graphic piece made to last.
Brabbu presented one of the favorites from their dining tables collection, the Apis dining table. Inspired by the royalty of the bees, originally called “Apis” in Latin, it features a small table top in stained oak with brass details and a base in matte brass. Place it in a modern dining room and this round dining table is sure to impress.
