La Liste is a list of the 1,000 best restaurants in the world. La Liste is compiled using a data processing algorithm. With the same ranking as Plaza Athénée, Martín Berasategui serves the best food you can find in Spain. The owner of one of Spain’s top restaurants has been awarded three Michelin stars since 2001. He holds eight stars in total, more than any other Spanish chef.
La Liste‘s final number 5 is a famous restaurant in Tokyo for its kaiseki restaurant, considered by many, as the best in Tokyo.
